The Big Task
You will schedule calls that have been booked by our CSRs under the correct technicians and call customers before sending out that technician, all to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and well being of the company.
Key Sub Tasks
- Maintain communication with technicians, your manager, your customers, parts and installation teams.
- Keep your customers up to date on the status of their job and whereabouts of their technician.
- Complete a job summary and keep closed call reports up to date and accurate.
- Join an on-call rotation.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance and workspace
- Participate in training that allows you to grow and develop as a professional
- Have an open mind to new ideas that will help you grow as a valued part of the team.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Microsoft Office
- Service Titan Software (Preferable)
- Attention to details
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
- Ability to work together within a team environment, promoting a positive and supportive work culture
- Ability to pass a pre-employment dug test and background check
- Hold and maintain a valid drivers license
