Hi I’m Rick!

I love meeting new people! I’m originally from Oak Grove and now I live in St Francis. I have 16+ years in both residential and commercial AC Installation and Furnace Replacement. In my free time I like to golf, play softball and work on my house. If there’s anything else you would like to know about me, please ask!

Fun Fact: I hold a black belt in Taekwondo

Called to have a/c serviced at 1:30 pm on Friday of a holiday weekend. We were amazed to have a tech at our house within 1h30 as we fully expected to schedule for the following week. Courteous and knowledgable, the tech not only got our a/c up and running but also spotted and fixed a gas leak we didn’t know we had! So glad we called! I called them to come out and check my air conditioner over. Rick was very nice and spent a lot of time answering my questions and he is very knowledgeable. We need a new furnace but the last quote I got gave me sticker shock. He took the time to work up a quote for me and the rates came in lower for furnace and air than the previous company gave me for a furnace. We will definitely be calling when we are ready to install. Rick and Alex were professional in every way. They spent approximately 2 hours at our home measuring our space and calculating which air conditioner would best suit our needs. We had just moved into a rental property after a house fire and realized that we didn’t have heat. Rick came ASAP and checked things over. We found out he was going to have to order the parts to get the boiler working. He was thorough, kind, easy to deal with and explained everything very well. He even left us a couple space heaters to use while we were waiting for our parts! Once the parts came in, Dustin showed up to fix it. My husband was at work which can sometimes be uncomfortable when service techs show up. However Dustin was respectful, again thorough and explained things very well. He also was great in writing up additional costs that the actual home owner may need to take care of in the near future. Overall, our experience with Neighborhood Plumbing, Heating and Air was absolutely great! Both my husband and I will always go to them first when looking for help in those areas! (See More)
